Our strategy is to forge a partnership with our artists. When they are successful we are successful.
Our business is based on the following values:

1. No sense printing what you're not selling. We don't encourage artists to print more than they can sell in a reasonably short period of time. Our satisfaction comes from producing prints that are already sold. We love producing prints for successful customers. The giclée process is appealing because you don't have to keep an expensive inventory of unsold prints. The whole idea is to print what you need, when you need it.

2. Every print in your edition will be just like the final proof . It makes sense to get it the way the you like it. We don't charge extra. We use the best color corecting software known. If you like the final proof, we know you'll like every future print!

3. We keep our charges very simple and straight forward so we don't nickel and dime you.

4. We answer our emails and phone calls promptly.

5. Our clients are always welcome in our studio. Our customers are from all over, you would be surprised how many come to our studio in Redwood City and work along side us.
