All the papers
we carry are 100% acid free. Fine art papers and canvas are
made from natural fibers of cotton and/or wood pulp. Because
of it’s natural state, there may be slight irregularities
in the water color rag paper and canvas. This uniqueness may
produce some slight color variations between prints. |

The size of
a sheet of paper is approximately 35" x 47". Depending
on the size of your images, one print or multiple prints of the
same size images may fit on one sheet.

print is individually inspected in order to meet our quality standards.
Papers and canvas can be hand torn or trimmed to meet your specifications
for an additional fee. |

| Pre-press
Pricing |
| Prices
include a high resolution scan from a Crosfield Drum Scanner,
archiving the image for future orders, and a set of three 6"
x 8" color proofs. Additional proofing will be performed
upon request at a charge of $25.00 for each proof. The color proof
that you select for your edition must be returned before your
print order can be processed. This proof is kept here in your
master file while printing the edition. |

Coating |

protective coating is available at a cost of $15.00

Shipping
& Handling |
|
All shipping
and handling charges including materials will be billed to the
customer. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If you have an account
with any of these carriers, please provide it with your order.
All packages are insured for $100.00 at no charge. If you need
any additional insurance please let us know. Every care is taken
in packing your order for shipment. Photoartscape’s liability
ends with acceptance by the carrier. |

Payment |
| Pre
press charges are due at the time the initial job is started.
Print orders without an established account require a deposit
of 50%. If your prints are for pick up, any remaining balance
will be required at that time. If prints are to be shipped, payment
may be made by pre-paying, check or C.O.D. only.Payment through
Paypal is now available. |

Turnaround
Time |
| Please
allow 2-7 days for scanning and proofing, we will try and work
around your schedule. Delivery of your print order is 4 to 5 days
after you have approved your color proof. In the case of re-orders
they will be available 4 days or sooner from the date your faxed
order is received. If you have a rush situation, please let us
know as soon as possible. |
